Optima is an apparently “normal” bicycle, but both the architecture and the ergonomics of the new Optima are innovative. It is a bike designed to be used as an electric bicycle from the conceptual design phase. This has meant revamping the product to the point that even its architecture changed.

Inspect for loose or worn parts; inspect, headset, bottom bracket, and hubs; lubricate all pivot points; true wheel to 3mm tolerance; tightened all bolts and fasteners; adjust brakes; adjust shifting; inflate tires to proper pressure; wipe down bike
Everything included in BLT service plus chain cleaning on the bike; lubricate all cables & housing; true front and rear wheel to 1mm tolerance; light clean of entire bike
All aspects of BLT and THE WORKS plus complete disassembly; clean, inspect, and grease all serviceable bearing systems; replace all cables & housing; bottom bracket removed and inspected; hubs and freewheel inspected; headset removed and inspected; reassembly; installation labor cost included in service
